End User License Agreement (EULA)
ClearPark Terms of Service

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and ClearPark, Inc. (“Company”) for the use of the ClearPark mobile application (“App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.
1. License Grant
ClearPark grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App;
• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
• Rely solely on the App for legal compliance (e.g., avoiding parking tickets).
3. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. While ClearPark aims to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that parking information is always current or error-free.
You are solely responsible for complying with local parking laws and regulations.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearPark shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App — including but not limited to parking violations, fines, or towing.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you violate any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
ClearPark offers auto-renewing subscription plans, billed either annually or monthly (if available), based on the plan you choose at purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your App Store account settings: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039
Note: Subscription prices are subject to change for new users. However, your existing price will remain locked in as long as your subscription stays active and uninterrupted.
No refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period after billing.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
