Welcome to ClearPark. By using our app (“ClearPark”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Informational Use Only
ClearPark is designed to provide general guidance by interpreting parking signs using computer vision and AI. While we aim for helpfulness and accuracy, you should not rely solely on the app to determine whether you can legally park in a specific location.
Always double-check signs and local regulations yourself. You are fully responsible for your parking decisions.
2. No Liability for Fines or Towing
By using ClearPark, you agree that we are not liable for any parking tickets, fines, towing, or other consequences that may occur due to an incorrect or incomplete interpretation of a sign. ClearPark does not guarantee accuracy, and use of the app is at your own risk.
3. Not Legal Advice
ClearPark is not a substitute for legal advice or city-specific parking rules. Laws vary by city and situation, and enforcement can be inconsistent.
4. App Availability & Changes
We may update, pause, or discontinue ClearPark at any time without notice. Features may change, and we do not guarantee continuous availability or bug-free operation.
5. User Conduct
Don’t use ClearPark for any unlawful purpose. Do not reverse-engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app or its services.
6. Privacy
Your use of ClearPark is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
7. Age Requirement
You must be 13 or older to use ClearPark. If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
ClearPark is provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearPark and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost time, fines, or towing fees, even if we were advised of the possibility.
